This workshop is designed to equip mothers with the confidence and knowledge to care for their families using safe, effective plant botanicals, day or night, when support is needed most.

You’ll learn how to gently support your own wellbeing as a mother, recognising that when we are nurtured, we are better able to nurture our children. We’ll explore which therapeutic-grade oils and natural products are most appropriate for supporting little bodies, and how to use them with wisdom, safety, and intention.

This is an invitation to step into your God-given role as a steward of your family’s health, drawing on the gifts of nature, informed guidance, and your own maternal intuition. You’ll leave feeling inspired to reduce toxins in your home and create a calm, natural sanctuary where your family can truly thrive.
Thriving Through
PeriMenopause

This workshop is designed to support women navigating the often-confusing season of perimenopause with clarity, confidence, and compassion for their changing bodies.

You’ll learn how to use safe, effective plant botanicals and natural supports to gently nourish hormonal balance, support the nervous system, and ease common transitions such as disrupted sleep, mood changes, fatigue, and temperature fluctuations. Postpartum Workshop

Learn how to gently and holistically support your body through pregnancy and the postnatal season, working in harmony with nature’s design. This workshop explores practical, safe ways to integrate Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils and oil-infused products into everyday pregnancy and postpartum care.

You’ll gain firsthand wisdom and real-life insight from mum of 5 and health coach Angelique Rauschenbach who will share foundational nutrition guidance for preconception and pregnancy, focusing on the foods that deeply nourish a mother’s body and support healthy growth and development for her baby.
